I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for me, as it's very close to the beach and near to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.
Everything great.

We booked on line at this hotel for one night with the intention to stay few nights. We discovered from entering the hotel to the reception area and hearing the guests at the reception desperately wanting the staff to resolve their issues mainly relating to room cleanliness that we let ourselves into a troubled area. The hotel is central and in a good area but it should be two stars. Some of the staff are doing their best to keep the customers happy but the conditions are below standards of hospitality. The bed sheets are dirty; the table cloths are very old and dirty. The food is poor and the beds are not comfortable at all. The manger keeps promising clients to meet their needs and nothing materialises. Would I go back there ? never again and would not advise anyone to do so.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed two key features of this budget-friendly hotel: its proximity to the sea and the fact that the rooms were cleaned regularly. the hotel staff was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
Many of the dishes were cold and lacked flavor.

nothing except for the beach.
I stayed in many hotels in Tunisia and abroad. this was the worst. Bad food, slow service, misleading information. I did not use the all inclusive package so we had to pay 2 Dinars per glass of tap water, low quaility lemon, etc.. I was told I had to pay for the TV, which is not indicated on the website. Room service: inconistent information. I was charged 5 DT to have breakfast served to the room one day, the next day I was charged a different amount. One of the restaurant staff members informed that the foood is so bad that his colleagues would not eat except for the cookies.

At this place, we had a wonderful time enjoying the pools and the lively entertainment provided by the hardworking animation team. There were plenty of activities to choose from throughout the day, keeping us entertained and engaged. The animation manager did a great job organizing the daytime activities, striking the perfect balance between fun and relaxation.
We highly recommend this venue to our family and friends, as it offers a luxurious and comfortable experience. The location on the sea, near to the airport, and close to the beach, made it very convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Was cheap for a decent room. Pool area is nice. Private beach right behind hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner was also quite decent.
Hotel staff knew very little or no English so was difficult to communicate. When we asked about wi-fi they just said no so there was no wi-fi apparently. Tennis courts and mini golf were a bit of a joke. But it was a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for. And there was a dead fly on the glass in the toilet!

Had a great weekend with amazing weather and plenty of relaxation. The pools were fantastic and there were always sun loungers available. The animation team were friendly and provided a good mix of activities for guests to enjoy. The food selection was varied and cooked to a high standard, especially the local Tunisian dishes. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and there were plenty of local shops within walking distance.
The hotel could improve on their hot drink stations at breakfast as they were often busy and congested, with guests having to wait in long queues. The lighting around the bungalows was poor in some areas, making it difficult to see at night.

This is not a 4 star hotel, I would say 3. There was only little guest at this hotel. The breakfast was poor, very little of choice. The rooms are quite small but clean and ok. There are beautiful garden and beach area. Good value for money but would stay for long time.

the location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach, which I visited several times a day. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. the staff was friendly and always on hand to help with my needs. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and I appreciated the variety of options available. I loved the view from my room, which overlooked the sea. the hotel had a range of facilities, such as a bar and pool, which were great extras.
That there weren't many restaurants or shops in the nearby area, so it was sometimes difficult to find a place to eat.
